SHIPPING

We pack our orders from the Mornington Peninsula Victoria, please allow orders to be processed on the next business day.

We ship Australia wide and Internationally. Please allow up to 8 business days Australia wide for your order to be dispatched depending on what form of shipping you have chosen.

Up to 27 days international.

Note: we are unable to ship to PO Boxes internationally. 

If your order is Urgent, please select express post! Note some items are pre-order items and will dispatch when we receive the stock.

Taxes and Duties

Any taxes and duties on international orders is the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer our customers 14 days to exchange your item as long as it meets the returns policy, please read below.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, no marks, not altered or washed and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. We regret we will be unable to offer returns on any garments that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty returns

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us to request a refund, an exchange or store credit. Please note this process can take several weeks. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Refunds for faulty merchandise will be processed once we have inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. Debit and credit card returns must be processed against the exact card used to complete the original purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items 

Any items marked as ‘Sale’ are considered as Final sale and are not eligible for returns. Please check your measurements in our size guide to make sure you’re getting the right size.

Purchasing items before ‘Sales’ and ‘Discounts store wide’

Sometimes we will have limited time only ‘Discount Sales’ (example EOFY: end of financial year or Mothers Day sales) after you’ve purchased your items full price. Unfortunately we can’t offer you the same discount after your purchase and encourage you to sign up to our newsletter to be alerted on our upcoming specials and promotions.  

Shipping on Returns + Exchanges

Pay with PayPal and you may be eligible for free shipping on your returns. Terms and Conditions Apply. See PayPal for details.

In other instances you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us and we recommend trackable shipping and keeping a copy of the tracking number.
